How often do you send the newsletter?

A maximum of one email per month. We only write when we genuinely have something relevant to say — care tips, new patterns, occasional offers.

What is double opt-in?

After signing up you receive a confirmation email. Only after you click the link inside it are you actually added to the list. This way we make sure you consent to the signup and no third party can subscribe you without your knowledge (GDPR Art. 7).

Who is the technical sender?

Dispatch is handled by Brevo GmbH (Köpenicker Straße 126, 10179 Berlin, HRB 133191). A data processing agreement under GDPR Art. 28 is in place with Brevo. Details in our privacy policy.

How do I unsubscribe?

Every email contains a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it — and you are immediately removed from the list. Alternatively write to info@wendermedia.com.

What data do you store?

Only your email address, the timestamp of signup and confirmation, and your IP address (proof requirement under GDPR). No name, no address, no tracking data. After unsubscribing your data is deleted.
